Oct. 6th, 2010 New Hamburg

Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,
since August 2006

Now waking up this morning with the soothing sound of raindrops on the roof, which is very nice except on a travel day, we are off to the farm today. So no rush we can wait until it stops. Pack up and hit the road around 11:00am, about half way to New Hamburg we pulled over and made a sandwich for lunch arriving there at 12:45. As we pulled in we were greeted by Omer (the dog) who came over to the rv, brushed against Suzie then put his paws on her feet so she could not leave.

We set up then I ran  a few errands  and back home to relax a bit before Sandy and I whipped up a nice supper of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and a salad.

What does time mean to you??

Checking facebook the other day I noticed a friend Trish had a picture of a clock that she apparently needs, living in their trailer at the campground, homeschooling their daughter, and her husband working 4 days on 4 days off, so to keep a normal aspect to their lives this is what she uses.

Most people are familiar with clocks like these because of their busy work and, and play schedules.

But then when you retire the time of day does not matter so much and the hours and minutes just kinda blend together.
or if you are not careful this could be your clock.
But my personal favourite is the one below, this time can happen whenever we decide our chores are done, wish to relax and are not in the immediate vicinity of our vehicles.
So thats my story and I'm sticking to it. What's yours?

Thanks for the read.
