Aliens? Fullhookups wow ! and Google + comments.

Where are we today ?
First thing this morning is cold -1c (30f), frost on the car but we are toasty warm inside.
yep its cold
Looking to the east we see a strange light in the sky, looks like a jet stream but very short and moving very slowly straight up. Not sure what it is? Space ship maybe?? Aliens? whatever it is have not seen anything like this before.
can you see it ?
about ten minutes before it went away
Across the road a mist over the river, very eerie.
cows wandering the field
Well heck enough of this here, time to leave "Camp Awesome", the sun warmed things up somewhat and we secured our coach to head on down the road shortly after 9:30 am. Not too far to go but we are going, to Rock Glen resort in Arkona Ontario, about 90 minutes. Here we have full hookups, electric, water and sewer! Yahoo, its been a while but will be nice. Campground is pretty quiet , just the way we like it. Git all set up and a bite to eat for lunch then a quick thrip around the corner for a few grocery items.
This site is right beside a cabin (one of our favourites) lots of afternoon sun and no wind. We did get to read for a bit before a few people found us here and dropped on by. Melinda with her new puppy (so cute).
Our Friends Rob and Pat for "Happy hour", have not seen them for a while this summer so nice to catch up.
"Happy hour"
Then another couple dropped by with their dog (Jewel) asking us questions about our fulltime rv lifestyle. A super couple that have spent last winter on South Padre Island in Texas.
Eventually time for supper. Tonight I am using up 1/2 of our leftover BBQ'd chicken from the other night, to make a tasty meal of chicken Cacciatore (w/spaghetti) and a tossed salad. Suzie kept saying its kinda weird, turn on the water tap no sound of the water pump! Yep its been a while.
was so tasty
If you notice I have changed our comment section to Google + comments to see how it works out. You need a free Google + account to make a comment but is soo cool. When I reply to your comment you will have a reply emailed directly to you. Thanks for that tip from Rick Doyle.
Below is the message he sent me.
"Here's a little tip: For Google + comments.
When replying right at the start type "+" sign followed by the first letter of the persons' name. And a drop down menu will appear showing you the first name of the commenter. Just click on that and the person's name will be inserted at the start of the reply. Then that person, will receive a direct email from you showing your reply.
Since most folks do not go back to read replies on a blog this is a perfect way to acknowledge your readers and increase communication. It is one of the big advantages of G+ comments."
So there ya go our fun day enjoying an awesome sunny warm fall day in a nice quiet campground with full hookups. Sure do love this lifestyle.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you had a great fall day too.
